Annually, we test the plan for regulatory compliance and report to the Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service for the Plan Sponsor. The results of these tests and our advisement are summarized in the 'Administrator's Report', which is provided to the Plan Sponsor.

We provide a variety of services including annual preparation of various plan sponsor reports, including compliance testing results, contribution analysis, plan balance sheet, plan statement of operations and others; we have the ability to develop custom reports as well as preparation of the annual Form 5500, applicable schedules and Summary Annual Report.
